His personal experiences with domestic violence led him to founding the Center for Domestic Violence Prevention in order to holistically address solutions to eliminate domestic violence. Joe believes that 'If you want to change the world, you start in the mirror', and that is where this journey began.

Ava's extensive executive background has been primarily in the healthcare industry, lastly leading operations for a national service firm where she oversaw five regional offices with over 900 employees and $40 million in revenue under management. In addition, Ava directed operations for two successfully sold startup companies. With the Center for Domestic Violence Prevention, Ava combines her business expertise with her passion for giving back in a meaningful way.
